Tickets can be purchased beginning at 9am until 3pm.

We HIGHLY recommend arriving by noon so you have time to see all the barns.

Frequently Asked Questions About The Barn Tour

I’ve purchased tickets, now what?

We are excited to see you! Bring a copy of your confirmation email or your printed ticket to the check-in location on Barn Tour Day. We wil give you your guidebook and a driving map and send you on your way to explore.

Where do I park at the barn tour?

You will probably want to check-in at stop #1 to get your guidebook in the morning. After you receive your guidebook, you will choose which barn you want to visit first. At each barn location, there wil be a clearly designated area for parking with volunteers to help you.

Where can I eat on the barn tour?

This changes every year. We usually host several food trucks at different location on the tour. The Lion’s Club typically offeres hotdogs and hamburgers at lunchtime. We also encourage guests to visit local restaurants in the area.

What time should I arrive?

We suggest arriving no later than noon. Guests often enjoy a leisurely walk at each barn with plenty of time to visit with the barn owners. Assume each barn will take about 30-45 minutes.

Will the barn owners be on site?

Most of the time…YES! Barn owners will be wearning a “Barn Owner” button, so you’ll be able to identify them. They would love to answer any questions you may have and share the history of the barn.

What should I wear?

We suggest that you wear comfortable clothes and shoes. We suggest short sleeves since it is normally hot and humid. Most walking paths are gravel, grass or paved, but they can be muddy so wear appropriate shoes.

Is the barn tour family friendly?

Yes! We love seeing families enjoy learning and exploring on the barn tour. We do our best to feature kids activities at as many sites as possible. There is always something to see and learn at each barn. We ask parents to stay close to their children during the tour to maximize everyone’s safety and enjoyment of the day.

Are there restrooms on the tour?

Yes! Your comfort is a high priority on the tour. Each location will be equipped with a restroom or port-a-potty on-site.
